Product introduction:
Structure and specifications: It is usually twisted from 7 steel wires, with common diameters of 9.53mm, 11.11mm, 12.7mm, 15.24mm, etc. Different diameters correspond to different nominal cross-sectional areas and theoretical weights, which can meet a variety of engineering needs.
Material and production: The raw material is generally high-carbon steel wire rod, such as SWRH77B, SWRH82B, etc. It is made into a single wire through surface treatment, cold drawing and other processes, and then twisted into steel strands through a stranding machine, and finally stabilized to obtain low relaxation performance.
Mechanical properties: It has a high tensile strength, with a common grade of 1860MPa. At 20℃, when the initial stress is 70% of the nominal maximum force, the 1000-hour stress relaxation rate is no more than 2.5%, and the elastic modulus can generally be assumed to be 190kN/mm².
